This summer Yorkshire Tea, Barrington Sports and AOC are helping the Great British public enjoy ‘A Proper Day At The Cricket’…
Whether it’s a cracking piece of cake, a decent drop of ale or just a few hours of sunshine, we all know that it’s the little things that can make or break a day at the cricket. Which is why Yorkshire Tea and Barrington Sports have joined forces to guarantee hundreds of committed cricket fans a day to remember.
Throughout the season, Little Urn – Yorkshire’s specially converted ice cream van – will be travelling to the four corners of the British Isles, bringing a ray of sunshine (hopefully) and gallons of Yorkshire Tea (definitely) to some of the UK’s best and best-loved cricket grounds.
And once everyone’s enjoyed a proper brew or two, Barrington Sports will be on hand to get everyone involved in some fast-paced, pitch-side games. With top-notch cricket bats and plenty of goodybags up for grabs, the action is sure to be as competitive off the pitch as it is in the middle.
Over the course of the campaign, the fine folk at Yorkshire Tea and Barrington Sports will be visiting a variety of venues, taking in public parks, pocket-sized pitches and the wettest cricket ground in Britain, and we’ll be covering it all in the mag, and here on the website. There’ll also be the chance for AOC readers to win a brilliant bat-making experience, and plenty more proper prizes, so watch this space!
